Planter's Row is a large community of 556 homes, split into 4 sections: Autumn Ridge, The Orchard, The Preserve and The Vineyard. The first homes were built in mid 90s, and the development was completed in 2013. Planter's Row is a great community for starters, families and empty-nesters alike. There are many local attractions such as Bon Secours Wellness Area ("The Well"), Charter Amphitheater, Paris Mountain State Park, Conestee Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Reedy River, Falls Park and Discovery Island Water Park.
